All sales are final. We do not accept returns, process exchanges, or offer refunds for buyer's remorse.

Damages and Issues We pack our orders with care, but we know things can happen in transit. Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours at voidvesselofficial@gmail.com with photos of the item and the packaging. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.
