Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Processing is how long it takes us to carefully pack your items; shipping is how long the carrier takes to deliver it to your door.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on the carrier you select and your location, but typically range from 2 to 7 business days once the package leaves our hands.

International Shipping We currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States.

How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. boxes We can ship to P.O. boxes via USPS only. If you enter a P.O. box at checkout, please ensure you select a USPS shipping method, as carriers like UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to these addresses.

Damages in Transit We pack our items with extreme care, but we understand that transit can be rough. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy and contact us within 48 hours at voidvesselofficial@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
